Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how One Click Growth LLC (“One Click Growth”, “we”, “us”), the company that operates OneClickGrowth (the “Service”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and services. One Click Growth LLC is a limited liability company registered in California, United States.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Project content — website URLs, brands, keywords, topics, articles, and other content you create or that the Service generates for you.
- Usage and technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and log data used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Billing data — processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
- Communications — messages you send us, such as support requests.
- Cookies and local storage — see our Cookie Policy.
How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service, including content generation and AI-search visibility tracking.
- Authenticate you and manage your account and subscriptions.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Analyze and improve the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- With your consent, send product updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent (which you may withdraw), and compliance with legal obligations.
AI processing
Content generation uses large language models. Depending on the Service configuration, prompts and website content you submit may be sent to a configured model provider (for example, Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI) to produce results. Those providers process the data under their own terms. We do not use your private project content to train our own models.
How we share information
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as payment (Stripe), cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, and AI model providers.
- Publishing destinations you choose to connect, such as WordPress, when you publish content.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
International data transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Data retention
We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Deleting your account removes your projects and associated content; residual copies in backups are purged in the ordinary course.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising), without discrimination. To exercise any right, email us; we may need to verify your identity.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted publishing credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. See our Security page for more detail.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
