Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and One Click Growth LLC (“One Click Growth”, “we”, “us”), a California limited liability company, and govern your access to and use of OneClickGrowth (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service

OneClickGrowth helps you analyze a website, generate marketing content, publish it, and track AI-search and search-engine visibility. Available features and usage limits depend on your plan, and we may change or discontinue features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and be authorized to act for every business or website you add. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an offer. Prices may change with notice, effective on your next billing period, and applicable taxes may be added. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features.

AI credits and usage limits

Plans include a monthly AI-credit allowance and other usage limits. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. When your credits are used up, recurring generation pauses until they refresh or you upgrade your plan.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and materials you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide it to you. You represent that you have the rights and authorization needed to submit Your Content and to publish to any destination you connect.

AI-generated content

Content produced by the Service is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or not unique. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing or relying on it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. As between you and us, you own the outputs to the extent permitted by law, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.

Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, and the OneClickGrowth name and branding are owned by One Click Growth LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms; no other rights are granted.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services, such as Stripe, WordPress, Google, and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, visibility, AI citation, lead, revenue, or other business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Click Growth LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless One Click Growth LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your content may be deleted.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
